Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy describes the subscription fees, payment terms, billing procedures, and related practices for the use of the Acuveer platform provided by ProJupiter Infotech LLP.

1. Subscription Fees

Acuveer offers access to its platform based on an annual subscription model.
The standard price is ₹9,999 per year, billed annually in advance. Promotional offers, discounts, or customized pricing may be available for specific clinics or partners at the company’s discretion.
The subscription fee covers all listed platform features for one clinic, including patient management, TCM tools, clinic website, and MobileApp.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due in advance at the start of the subscription period. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card, and authorized payment gateways specified on the website.
Renewal reminders will be sent prior to the subscription expiry.
Services may be suspended or terminated if payment is not received by the due date.

3. Taxes and Invoices

The subscription fee is exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes.
A detailed digital invoice is provided for each transaction and payment made.

4. Price Changes

Acuveer reserves the right to update pricing for future subscriptions and renewals. Any changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email and published on the Acuveer website.
Existing subscriptions are protected from price changes until their renewal date.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellation terms are explained in the Refund Policy.
Subscription cancellation before expiry is allowed, but refunds are provided only under conditions specified in the Refund Policy.
