Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the rules and procedures regarding subscription cancellations and refunds for the Acuveer platform provided by ProJupiter Infotech LLP.
1. Subscription Fees
- The Acuveer subscription fee is billed annually in advance and covers access to all platform features for the subscription period.
- Refund eligibility depends on the timing and reason for the cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility

If you cancel within 7 days from the original subscription payment, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you have not substantially used the service (e.g., imported records, created more than 10 patients).

Cancellations after 7 days, or after substantial use of the service, are not eligible for refunds. The subscription will continue until the end of the billing period.

Exceptions may be granted in rare cases of technical failure where Acuveer is unable to provide service. Such cases will be investigated and verified by our support team.
3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email projupiterit@gmail.com with your clinic name, payment reference, and reason for cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated.
4. Non-Refundable Fees

Custom development, setup charges, domain purchases, or service add-ons are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Modifications
ProJupiter Infotech LLP reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately for new subscriptions.
