When you access or use Acuveer, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

Acuveer is a cloud-based software for acupuncture clinics and practitioners, offering tools for patient management, scheduling, analytics, accounting, and website hosting.

3. User Registration & Account

You must provide true, complete, and accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly of unauthorized access or security breaches.

4. Use of Platform

You may use Acuveer for lawful clinical and business purposes only.
You must not use Acuveer to upload, store, or distribute any unlawful, abusive, or confidential materials you do not have rights to.
You must respect patient confidentiality in compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.

5. Fees & Payment

Annual subscription and usage fees are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
All payments must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, and functionality of Acuveer are owned by ProJupiter Infotech LLP.
You may use the platform as permitted, but may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.
Your uploaded information and data remain yours; you grant us a license to maintain and display it for platform functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive for high reliability, but Acuveer is provided "as is." Use at your own risk.
We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from platform use, data loss, downtime, or service interruptions.
We do not offer medical advice; all clinical decisions remain solely with practitioners and clinics.
The TCM patterns, acupuncture points, and meridian charts provided within Acuveer are compiled to the best of our knowledge from available books and internet resources. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of this information or its associated pictures. Users are responsible for cross-verifying details and using professional judgment during clinical practice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; data retention and refund policies are described in our Pricing and Refund Policies.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra and India. Disputes shall be subject to adjudication in courts of Thane, Maharashtra.
